This incident was reported by Ryan Kalk
Incident number #755 details:
3 Black males were standing on the cnr of Joe Slovo and Doris, Berea next to the park on the pavement.
The males looked suspiciously at me and then they started to move, with one maintaining eye contact with me and trying to distract me by walking into the rd and in front of my car. the 2nd approached my passenger window and stood their to block my view and try to distract me further while the 3rd walked behind my car and approached my drivers door and knocked on the window, with his hand/firearm whilst in his pocket. I saw this all happen and left space between my car and the truck in front and as he knocked i accelerated forward which startled them and luckily the robot changed and i continued forward. At the next robot I flagged down a police car and together we did a U-turn and went back to the corner.
I identified the suspects who were sitting on the pavement further up and when they saw the police and me pointing they started to run towards the overlying bridge/rd south of the incidents position.
I left the scene as i was left alone on the corner and returned home.
This is the 5th incident this month with the same Modus Operandi to friends of mine.
this corner is dangerous and something has to be done to stop them
