Bedfordview man held at gunpoint
Three men forced a man into his residence at gunpoint as he was parking in his complex on Florence Street, Bedfordview on Wednesday, August 11 at 11:35 pm.
Bedfordview SAPS communications officer, Sergeant Mduduzi Nhlabathi, said that the man was parking when three men appeared and instructed him to lie down on hos stomach and searched him.
He said that the men then forced the man into his house.
"They tied up the man, a domestic worker and two other women. They demanded the key to the safe. One man was left guarding them while the other went upstairs to search the bedrooms, " Sgt Nhlabathi said.
He added that the men fled in the family's silver BMW.
